Design of ecological heating of a family house

This diploma thesis deals with the design of ecological heating for a family house. The main objective is to find the most advantageous variant of the heating and water heating system using a heat pump in cooperation with an alternative heating system. Thermal losses are calculated for the selected object, and several heating designs are made based on the calculations. Then the economic return of the designs is calculated.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Japanese poplar as a representative of fast growing species. The first part describes characteristics of the clones grown in our region and production in the world as well as in the Czech Republic. In the second part is elaborated the technology of production from selection of land to its destruction. The following part contains evaluation of recorded costs of wood production and estimation of future expenses that have not yet been paid for. The thesis includes also estimation of the plantation yield and suggested variants of house heating with using the results obtained. In the final part there are mentioned methods for use of harvested wood mass.
